Terms of Service
1. The service
Celestia provides astrology, tarot, numerology and related content — horoscopes, birth charts, compatibility readings, a journal and AI-generated interpretations. All content is provided for reflection and entertainment purposes only. It is not medical, legal, financial, psychological or professional advice, and no life decision should be made solely on the basis of it.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. You must provide a valid email address. Accounts may not be shared, sold, or used to abuse the service (including attempts to exceed AI limits or disrupt other users).
3. Free and premium plans
The free plan includes core features with daily limits on AI readings. Premium plans raise those limits and unlock additional features for the paid period (monthly or yearly). Premium activates after your payment is verified and expires automatically at the end of the period; it does not auto-renew.
4. Payments
Payments are made via UPI to the account shown at checkout. After paying, you submit the transaction reference (UTR) which we verify manually. See the refund policy for cancellations and refunds.
5. Your content
Journal entries and readings remain yours and remain private. You grant us only the technical right to store and display them back to you.
6. Acceptable use
Don't attempt to breach security, scrape at scale, resell the service, or use it for unlawful ends. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
7. Liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the site. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
